Hi, there! I'm Cierra. Healing begins when you feel truly seen, accepted, and free to be yourself. You may be carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, relationship challenges, or life transitions. Together, we’ll work to break down the defense mechanisms that once kept you safe, but no longer serve you, so you can begin to heal and grow. I currently located in the Ashland, Ky (Boyd County) area, but offer therapy to the entire state of Kentucky as well. I pride myself in offering a warm, person-centered approach that meets you where you are in life. Using tools like assertiveness training, CBT, ERP, motivational interviewing, and acceptance practices, I’ll help you explore your past when necessary and learn new coping skills for the present and future. You can build the life you want. Healing and self actualization are possible. You don’t have to carry your struggles alone.
